Most full-unit strip-outs for shops, offices and F&B units range from about S$1,800 to S$6,200 depending on unit size and scope (partitions, electrical, plumbing, aircon, flooring). Yes. We regularly work to landlord and mall handover checklists, including hoarding, protection works, after-hours and overnight works, permits, risk assessments and public liability insurance, so your unit passes inspection and your deposit is returned.
Schedio Design and Build Pte Ltd is a BCA-registered contractor and bizSAFE Level 3 certified. Public liability insurance of up to S$1 million is arranged for every project, together with risk assessments where required.
Payments are progressive and tied to work milestones — typically a deposit before commencement, a progress payment during works and the balance upon completion and handover. Exact milestones are stated clearly in every quotation.
